Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a forest therapy, originated from Japan, it was developed in response to health and stress crisis within the Japan urban populations. Since it began there has been a 30 year scientific studies looking into the benefits of forest bathing and what it can do to help people in this modern world.

Going on a forest bathing is a different experience than going on a walk in the forest, it is not a long walk, it is a gentle pace were you Immersing yourself in nature, fully engaging with it, allowing yourself to be surrounded by its sights, sounds, and sensations. It is a way to disconnect from the demands of daily life and reconnect with the natural world, helping you stop, give time to connect to yourself . By immersing yourself in nature, you can experience a sense of peace, tranquillity, and rejuvenation. Immersing yourself in nature can provide a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Prices

Forest Bathing walks are 2 hours in duration, but can be longer if requested.

I offer a guided one to one sessions or group sessions.

For a one to one session the cost is £55

For a guided group session, the cost is £25 per person. (max 8 people)

I also offer a block of 4 sessions, which can also comprises 1 session for each season (Price on request)

I offer guided corporative team well being sessions (Price on request)

I can also offer a 6 session programme (price on request)
